Hello Talkers! 👋🗣😃

Welcome to another week! Well, to be fair, it’s Thursday so we’re already slap-bang in the late-middle of the week, but you know what I mean. 😁

As the title of this week’s newsletter might suggest, I’ve been having to make some tough choices over the past few weeks following some deeply profound ‘a-ha’ moments throughout December and January. One in particular, which is something I’m still processing, was the sudden passing of someone I knew and it really made me take stock of how I was spending my time versus what actually mattered the most to me; it turns out I was spending much more time on work than what I really wanted to, and so I’ve had to make quite a few tough choices and changes in order to make more time for what matters most to me, like peace of mind and my loved ones. Tough choices might be challenging to make, but they are often necessary in order to create the space we need for ourselves… and so we need to think about why a tough choice may be necessary and then focus on the ‘why’ to guide us while we work through the unpleasantness involved in turning a thought into action, like having a difficult conversation or changing the nature of your relationship with someone. Something for you to think about this week, and I’d love to hear your thoughts/experiences with tough choices so feel free to leave me a comment at the end of this newsletter.

So without any further ado… greetings and salutations, and a very warm welcome to another newsletter. I hope you enjoy my quick snapshot of my favourite things this week — hopefully at least one of them will make you smile/feel inspired. Have a fantastic week!

Jeremy 🙂
