Hello Talkers! 👋🗣😃

There are so many different versions of ourselves that we present to the world — like who we are with friends, with family, at work, with neighbours, etc. — and it’s easy to think that the people who we’re closest to know us the best. But do they? Or do they just know a very specific version of you? And what about you… do you know you? As in, do you really know who you are and who you are not?

I know, I know, it’s all very philosophical stuff but it’s important for your self-awareness to take a step back every now and then so that you can think about who you are and who you are not, because we all grow and evolve over time and so the version of you that you are not is very unlikely to be the same you that you were a year ago, and definitely very different to who you were a decade ago.

So, this week I’m encouraging you to think about who you are and who you are not, and I’d also suggest thinking about how you let the people you care about the most better understand the real you. Let me know how you go in the comments! And, by the way, my next episode (released on March 12) will be about individuality, so it will help you with your thinking on the topic.

Now, without any further ado… greetings and salutations, and a very warm welcome to another newsletter. I hope you enjoy my quick snapshot of my favourite things this week — hopefully at least one of them will make you smile/feel inspired. Have a fantastic week!

Jeremy 🙂

  1. Thanks Jeremy,

This one really hit a few important spots for me! There’s plenty of things to think about this week.

I spent a lot of time pondering this topic a year or two ago….. It ended up as a TEDx talk. Here’s a link in case you want to look
