Hello Talkers! 👋🗣😃

Hi! How’s your week been? I usually just launch straight into talking about me so I deliberately made a point of stopping and making space to check in with you first, and it’s something I strongly encourage you to do with the people you care about most on a regular basis.

I also encourage you to think about making space for yourself, which can feel quite challenging sometimes to be fair. I’ve been doing this actively over the past few weeks as I’ve been in the process of cutting my work days back to 3.5 days a week total, which has meant having to make some tough choices and tackling some difficult conversations… but I feel like there have been plenty of things happening in my life over the past few months that have been pushing me to make more space to just ‘be’ so that I can bring the best of myself to everything I do in both my professional and personal lives. It’s worth taking some time to think about what your priorities are and what you want out of life (as well as what you don’t want) so you can see where you may benefit from making more space for yourself.

So without any further ado… greetings and salutations, and a very warm welcome to another newsletter. I hope you enjoy my quick snapshot of my favourite things this week — hopefully at least one of them will make you smile/feel inspired. Have a fantastic week!

Jeremy 🙂

😊 My Favourite Inspiring Posts Recently:

💯 My absolute favourite thing this week:

This image perfectly explains why I’ve made the decision to cut my working days to 3.5 per week; I wear a lot of professional hats (writer, podcaster, coach, counsellor etc.) and frankly a lot of the work I do is emotionally challenging, so it’s vital I make plenty of time for myself in order to be able to show up and give 100% at all times when I’m in professional mode. Rest is not an indulgence; rest is essential.

💬 My favourite quote this week:

“Never give up on a dream just because of the time it will take to accomplish it. The time will pass anyway.”
