Hello Talkers! 👋🗣😃
I’ve been revisiting some of my old content this week (I’ll explain why next week) and it’s always interesting to look back at how you approached things months or even years ago to see just how far you’ve come.
On Sunday I’m releasing my 148th podcast episode, which is about time and mental health, and in it I say, “time is a teacher,” and I’m interested to know what that statement means to you? For me it’s a reminder to be kind to myself and remember that I did the best I could at the time based on what I knew then; we really can’t judge our past selves too harshly, because we didn’t know then what we know now. I’d love to know what the phrase ‘time is a teacher’ means to you, so leave me a comment at the end of this edition of the newsletter and let me know!
So without any further ado… greetings and salutations, and a very warm welcome to another newsletter. I hope you enjoy my quick snapshot of my favourite things this week — hopefully at least one of them will make you smile/feel inspired. Have a fantastic week!
Jeremy 🙂

💯 My absolute favourite thing this week:
I live near(ish)* Canberra, the capital of Australia, and it really has some lovely scenery so when I saw this I wanted to share a glimpse of it with you all. Enjoy!
* ‘ish’ because it’s 1.5 hours’ drive away… for the countryside, that’s near (if I were still living in the city I’d have a heart attack at the mere suggestion of that being close!)
💬 My favourite quote this week:
“Doing is better than saying.”

“Time is a teacher”
Because sometimes all you need is the time to try, to fail, to learn and try again.
And sometimes after some time to think, you learn to walk away.
I love that, absolutely agree!
Over time I’ve grown mentally, spiritually and physically…
“Let’s Talk About Mental Health” has played an enormous part of my mental health growth.
Thanks Mr. Godwin
So glad to hear that and I’m very happy that my work has been helpful! All the best and enjoy the rest of your week/have a great weekend 🙂
