Hello Talkers! 👋🗣😃

Today is the 1st of September and I could not possibly be more excited because it means SPRING IS HERE! If you’re in the northern hemisphere you’re probably thinking, “what?!” — in Australia are seasons are aligned with the calendar months rather than being aligned with the solstices/equinoxes (so, for example, Summer will officially start on the 1st of December).

I love Spring. I live in an area that has cold winters and so being able to see signs of new growth and feel the slight (very slight!) warmth in the air is **chef’s kiss** because it means coming out of hibernation… as I write this I’m thrilled to not be sitting on top of the heater in my office as I have been for the past few months (however I’m still wearing a thermal so, you know, swings and roundabouts).

Spring is one of my two favourite seasons, along with Autumn (Fall), because I’m a fan of the milder weather and not really thrilled about extremes of hot or cold. Anyway… who knew this was going to turn into a ramble about the seasons?! I know, random, but I do enjoy celebrating the change of seasons as a way of staying grounded and connected.

So without any further ado… greetings and salutations, and a very warm welcome to another newsletter. I hope you enjoy my quick snapshot of my favourite things this week — hopefully at least one of them will make you smile/feel inspired. Have a fantastic week!

Jeremy 🙂
