Thursday Thoughts: the Let’s Talk About Mental Health newsletter (18 August, 2022)

Hello Talkers!

When patterns seem like they’re repeating themselves in your life, that’s the opportunity to stop and ask yourself “what is this trying to teach me?”

I’ve had a few recurring patterns lately and by pulling back and asking myself that question I’ve been fairly shocked to discover some things about myself that have been influencing the way I approach certain situations (sorry if I’m being deliberately vague, but I’ll be clarifying in the podcast over the coming weeks since it seems to be related to topics I have coming up).

This week I want to encourage you to reflect on any recurring patterns in your own life and consider what you can learn from them… and remember that if nothing changes then nothing changes, so maybe it’s time to come at things from a different angle.

So without any further ado… greetings and salutations, and a very warm welcome to another newsletter. I hope you enjoy my quick snapshot of my favourite things this week — hopefully at least one of them will make you smile/feel inspired. Have a fantastic week!

Jeremy 🙂
